After we receive your booking details, including passport information and other necessary details to order tickets online, we will ask for a non-refundable reservation deposit of US$25 per person as a guarantee and a token of mutual agreement. This ensures your ticket slot and hotel accommodation are secured until your arrival day.

We accept deposit payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or Western Union. The final balance must be paid in Indonesian Rupiah upon arrival at our meeting point at our office.

Cancellation and Refunds

A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the date of departure. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure date or failure to show up at the scheduled time.

Medical Information

All participants of Mount Rinjani Adventure trips should be fit and healthy. Please inform us in advance if you have any medical problems or dietary restrictions so we can accommodate your needs. We recommend bringing any personal medications, band-aids, antibiotics, anti-malaria medication, aspirin for headaches, etc.

Limitation of Liability

Mount Rinjani Adventure acts only as an agent for transport companies, hotels, carriers, and other contractors. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury (including death), changes of schedule, or irregularities beyond our control.

Travel Insurance

Mount Rinjani Adventure highly recommends that all travelers arrange their own travel insurance before departure. We accept no liability for travelers who do not have travel insurance.
